A storied tapestry, the cowgirl’s tale unfolds in the Hall of Fame. Here you can explore the distinguished lives of the honorees via one of two large touch-screen electronic “yearbooks.”
A Movie in Glass
Located between the first and second floors, you’ll discover 12 different Lifetiles -- murals made of hand-blown glass that change as you move around. Come wander through and experience famous cowgirls, trick roping, bronc riding and a few surprises!
“Spirit of the Cowgirl”
A starting point for the Museum experience, this beautifully filmed 8-minute presentation introduces you to the many faces of the cowgirl.
Kinship with the Land
The cowgirl’s spirit seems to stretch as far as the horizon! Embark on a sweeping journey in the film, “Closer to the Land,” then explore the cowgirl’s complex relationship with the land. From working with animals on the ranch to preserving the land, you’ll experience the wide-open spaces of the West.
